Sun.King Power Capacitor won the bid of "Zhangbei flexible DC power grid" project

On March 30, according to the announcement of winning bid issued by STATE GRID Corporation of China: Wuxi Sun.King Power Capacitor Co., Ltd., —a subsidiary of Sun.King Power Electronics Group, won the bid of the "test demonstration project of ±500kv/3000mw Zhangbei renewable energy flexible DC power grid"-Capacitor-package 1, with a total capacity of 780,000 kilovar.

This is the first time that the complete set of capacitors of Sun.King Power Capacitor won the bid of flexible DC power grid transmission project. Flexible HVDC transmission is the best technology to promote the efficient grid connection of new energy and power grid interconnection. It is a new hot spot in power grid investment and construction on a global scale. Sun.King will  intensify efforts to expand the market and strive for the rapid development of business.
